Schönes 16qm Zimmer in Johannis für 1 - 3 Monate zu vermieten (wahlweise für 1 Jahr)

ich suche dich zur Zwischenmiete. Vom 1.09. bis 30.11. kostet das Zimmer 550€ und ab 01.12. kommt das 20qm große Wohnzimmer mit Balkon dazu und die Miete erhöht sich um 100€, falls du dort länger leben möchtest (ich vermiete vorzugsweise an Personen, die länger bleiben möchten;) . Ich ziehe ab 01.12. teilweise nach Ghana und ein Zimmer wird dann frei, wo eine neue Mitbewohner*in einziehen kann. Ich behalte noch ein kleines Zimmer, bis ich mich nächstes Jahr endgültig nach Ghana aufmache. Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung als Hauptmieter zu übernehmen!!
Kurz zusammengefasst: Vom 01.09.-30.11. hast du ein Zimmer für 550€ und ab 01.12. ein Zimmer und ein Wohnzimmer + eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in (die wir gemeinsam suchen werden) und dann kostet es 650€.

Das Zimmer ist zum Hof gelegen und in einem sehr ruhigen Haus, einer sehr ruhigen Straße und dennoch nur 10 Min zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ich vermiete das Zimmer möbliert. Es steht ein Bett, mit Matratze, ein Schrank und und ein kleiner Schreibtisch drin. Falls du noch mehr oder weniger Möbel brauchst, können wir das bestimmt einrichten.

Die Nachbarn im Haus sind super entspannt...
Es gibt einen gemütlichen Balkon mit Sitzschaukeln zum Innenhof...
Man kann auch mal richtig laut Musik machen, ohne das sich jemand beschwert...
Es gibt ein Fliegengitter, um im Sommer mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen...
Die Wohnung ist nicht zu kalt und nicht zu warm...
Das Badezimmer wurde letztes Jahr frisch renoviert...
Es gibt in jedem Zimmer neue Heizkörper...
Es gibt eine gemütliche Badewanne...
Der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und im Detail gestaltet...

Mir ist Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sehr wichtig und das mit den vorhandenen Möbeln und Dingen sorgsam umgegangen wird. Eine Hausratversicherung ist bei Einzug pflicht.

I am looking for you for interim rent. The room faces the courtyard and is in a very quiet house, a very quiet street and yet only a 10 min walk from the city centre. I rent the room furnished. There is a bed with a mattress, a wardrobe and a small desk. If you need more or less furniture, we can certainly arrange that.

The neighbours in the house are super relaxed...
There is a cosy balcony with swings facing the courtyard...
You can also play music really loud without anyone complaining...
There is a fly screen so you can sleep with the windows open in the summer....
The flat is not too cold and not too warm...
The bathroom was freshly renovated last year....
There are new radiators in every room....
There is a cosy bathtub....
The rest of the flat is very lovingly designed in detail....

Cleanliness in the common areas is very important to me and that the existing furniture and things are handled with care. Household insurance is compulsory when you move in.
