He auf grund meiner aktuellen beruflichen Situation benötige ich folgendes Zimmer in einer 9WG in Nürnberg nicht mehr...
Deshalb suche ich einen Nachmieter!!!
Is halt ne 9er WG ich würde sagen mehr Zweck WG, trotzdem findet man immer mal ein paar Mitbewohner in der Küche für ein Feierabendbierchen.
Das Zimmer wäre theoretisch schon ab Mittwoch zu haben ;)
Nächste Staba Haltestelle ist St Johannis Friedhof, Freibad, Rewe und Döner gibts auch in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer is unmöbiliert, allerdings sind die Gemeinschaftsräume der WG gut ausgestattet.
Ruft einfach an oder schreibt mir ne Mail...
