Da sich unsere schöne WG leider langsam auflöst und jeder zum Studium in eine andere Stadt geht wird vorerst ab 1. Aug. ein Zimmer frei. Meine beiden Mitbewohner ziehen dann zum 1. Okt. aus. Das heißt du wohnst vorher auf Untermiete bis 1. Okt. und kannst dann die Wohnung übernehmen und dir deine Mitbewohner mit aussuchen! Du kannst aber auch nur für 2 Monate auf Zwischenmiete wohnen. Ansonsten sind die WG und das Zimmer top. Superzentral im schönen Johannis, unweit von diversen Supermärkten, U-Bahn, Burg, Thon (für die Erlangen-Pendler)... Trotzdem ruhig und grün mit Gartenmitnutzung. Das Zimmer ist super schön und für den Studentenalltag voll ausreichend. Schaus dir einfach an. Am besten du meldest dich bei Simon (Nr siehe unten, bitte anrufen!). Wir freuen uns!
