falls Ihr auf der Suche nach einem schönen WG Zimmer seid, seit Ihr hier genau richtig. Ich suche hier nach geeignetem/-r Nachfolger/-in für meine WG. Mein Mitbewohner Pierpaolo wird in Zukunft Hauptmieter für die Wohnung übernehmen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt 3 Zimmern (2 Schlafzimmer; Wohn-/Esszimmer) und natürlich Bad und Küche. Die Bilder sollten euch hierbei schon einen ersten Eindruck vermitteln.
Ihr könnt einen Schrank, Bett und eine Kommode übernehmen wenn ihr wollt.

If you are looking for a nice WG you are definitely on the right page!
I will move out and I am currently looking for a replacement for my WG. The other member, Pierpaolo, has been my flat mate in the WG for the last 2 years.
The flat is composed by 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room) and of course a bath and a kitchen. Please check out the pictures and you can get a clear idea of how the flat looks like.
If needed, the furniture currently in the room (Bed, cabinet and nightstand) are on sale as well. IBut don’t worry, I’ll get rid of them if you’re not interested!

Zu Fuß lauft Ihr zum Tiergärtnertor in ca. 10-15 min.
In a range of 100m you can find the following public transportation stops:
- Friedrich Ebert Platz served by U3 Metro, Tram (4) and various bus lines;
- Rewe supermarket/ Netto supermarket/ dm drugstore
- 5 different banks ;
- Taxi stop in Friedrich Ebert Platz
Walking you can reach the Tiergärtnertor and the Castle in about 10-15 min.
Ich Pierpaolo, bin ein lebensfroher Mensch, regelmäßig Unterwegs, jedoch freue ich mich auch manchmal über ein bisschen Ruhe. Ich mache gerne Sport (Joggen, Fitti, ...).

Hi! I am Pierpaolo, Mathias’s current and soon-to-be former roomate. I come from Italy, and I’ve been working in Germany since almost 3 years and living in this very flat since 2!
First some infos about me, I have lived in WGs in Italy, Spain, and Germany, I’m friendly and easygoing.
I live living with other people, sharing more than just a flat to sleep in but also hanging out, eating together (as all Italians, I pride myself on being something of a food “enthusiast”!) and having a good time!
I am regulary around in the apartment, traveling for work/pleasure every now and then. I also enjoy relaxing and a laid back lifestyle (Netflix and sofa are essential components of a good WG :D - I’m a bit of a movies/series fan :) ). I also like doing sport (Running, Gym, ...).
The apartment was newly renovated, it’s very nice and it has a homely feeling, in addition of being ideally located (the metro stop is literally across the street, you can be at the airport in 20 mins, Hauptbahnhof in 10 mins). Also, St. Johannis is a wonderful neighborhood to walk around, with nice restaurant and bars but separated from the overcrowded city center!
