Die WG liegt zentral in der Nürnberger Nordstadt (St. Johannis) mit perfekter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. (Zur Haltestelle Friedrich-Ebert-Platz 1 Gehminute.) In die Nürnberger Innenstadt (Tiergärtnertor, Hauptmarkt, Lorenzkirche) braucht man zu Fuß 15 Minuten. Rewe, Netto, DM, Bäcker, etc. Sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
WG-Leben:
- Gesamtgröße: 110 qm mit Balkon (insgesamt 4,5 Zimmer)
- keine Zweck WG, aber jeder hat auch seine Ruhe.
