Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer 3er WG in St. Johannis.
Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß, hat 2 Fenster und kann auf Wunsch möbliert weitergegeben werden. Es kostet 253€ warm.

I am leaving my room in a WG with Jakub and Christoph, and thus, we're looking for a new flatmate for our nice 3er WG in St.Johannis.
The room is 15 sq.meters and has 2 big windows, some of the furniture will be available. The warm price is 253€
Man braucht ca. 8 min nach Thon, in 3 Gehminuten ist man am Friedrich-Ebert-Platz und zur Burg sind es insgesamt nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es gibt einen Rewe 2 min weg. Man findet Bänke und schöne Restaurants in der Nähe.
Zur FAU WISO braucht man ca. 10 min mit öffentlichem Verkehr oder mit dem Fahrrad.
Zur TH-Georg Simon Ohm braucht man 15 min mit dem Fahrrad.
The connectivity for any type of public transport is great. The subway station Friedrich ebert platz is 3 minutes by foot, and the castle 10 minutes.
The FAU is 10 minutes by public transportation away and the TH Georg Simon OHM just 15 min by bike.
There is a supermarket 2 min away and everything you need like banks and nice restaurants.
Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG, jedoch hat jeder seine eigene Ruhe. Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich und entspannt.
Die Jungs sind sehr nett und man kann zusammen Zeit verbringen.
In the WG everyone has his own privacy. The atmosphere in the flat is friendly and relaxed.
