Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG, hat insgesamt ca. 75 qm und neben Bad und Küche drei Zimmer. Dein Zimmer ist voll eingerichtet und kann auch für 50 Euro komplett übernommen werden. Enthalten ist ein Bett (140 x 200 cm), ein Regal und eine Kleiderstange. Mit ca. 11 qm ist es zwar das kleinste Zimmer in der WG aber durch die Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof besonders ruhig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderbaren Stadtteil St. Johannis nur 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn Station Friedrich Ebert Platz entfernt. Wenn man die vielen Möglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung ausgeschöpft hat, ist die Altstadt nur 12 Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein Supermarkt, Bars, Café und Friseur etc. sind in maximal 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Um die Ecke findest du außerdem die Hallerwiesen, die Pegnitz und das Westbad, wo man im Sommer joggen, schwimmen oder einfach entspannen kann.
Zur FAU WISO braucht man ca. 10 min mit öffentlichem Verkehr oder mit dem Fahrrad.
Zur TH-Georg Simon Ohm braucht man 15 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Jakub, 29, und Ariane, 24. Jakub arbeitet in Nürnberg bei einem Softwareunternehmen und geht in seiner Freizeit gerne zum Sport, vor allem schwimmen. Ariane studiert im Master BWL, lernt neue Sprachen und nutzt diese gern auf Reisen. Wir verstehen uns definitiv nicht als Zweck-Wg, jedoch hat jeder seinen Freiraum, nichtsdestotrotz gehen wir gerne auch mal ein Bierchen trinken oder ins Kino.

I am leaving my room in a WG with Jakub and Ariane, and thus, we're looking for a new flatmate for our nice 3er WG in St.Johannis.
The room is 11 sq.meters and has 1 big windows, some of the furniture will be available. The warm price is 220€
The connectivity for any type of public transport is great. The subway station Friedrich ebert platz is 3 minutes by foot, and the castle 10 minutes.
The FAU is 10 minutes by public transportation away and the TH Georg Simon OHM just 15 min by bike.
There is a supermarket 2 min away and everything you need like banks and nice restaurants.
In the WG everyone has his own privacy. The atmosphere in the flat is friendly and relaxed.
