Wir befinden uns direkt an der Grenze zur Altstadt, mit der besten Aussicht auf das Schloss und den Schlossgarten. In nur 1 Minute bist du innerhalb der Mauern von der Altstadt und alles ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit der U3 in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Straßenbahnlinie 4 hält direkt vor dem Eingang des Gebäudes und bringt dich in 5-10 Minuten zum Plärrer. In die anderen Richtung fährt die Bahn Richtung „Am Wegfeld“: Von dort kannst du jeden Morgen und Abend mit einen Bus nach Herzogenaurach fahren, wenn du dort arbeitest
Die U-Bahn U3 hält am Friedrich-Ebert-Platz ca. 5 Gehminuten von unserem Haus entfernt.
Supermärkte befinden sich 3 Minuten (Netto) und 5 Minuten entfernt (Rewe).

We are right in front of Nuernberg's castle, with the best view on it and its gardens. A 15-second walk will be enough to get you to the center, within the walls of Altstadt/Mitte. Walking distance to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof) is 15-20min.

The tramway line 4 stops right in front of the building's entrance: it'll take you to Plarrer in 5-10min. In the other direction, you'll get to Am Wegfeld in about 10min: from there you can catch a bus to Herzogenaurach every morning and evening if you work there.

The U-bahn U3 stops in Friedrich Ebert Platz about 5min walk from our place.

Supermarkets are located 3min (Netto) and 5min away (Rewe).
The local administrations (e.g. Rathaus) are located 20min away by walk.

In der Wohnung leben Anastasiya, Bruno, und Tomek und wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen daher einen/eine nette, witzige und spontane WG Mitbewohner/in, der schon WG-Erfahrung mitbringt und gegen gelegentliche gemeinsame Aktivitäten nichts einzuwenden hätte. Wir mögen Sport (Tanzen, Skateboard, Yoga, Rollerskating, Capoeira, Schwimmen, Tauchen, Fitness, Laufen,...), Brettspiele und am Wochenende etwas trinken, zusammen und/oder mit Freunden außerhalb der WG.

Wir sind eine internationale WG (Portugal, Deutschland, Polen-Frankreich) und aktuell berufstätig - verbringen aber gerne Zeit miteinander, mal spontan abends oder auch am Wochenende. Natürlich kannst Du dich auch mal zurückziehen und dein Ding machen ;)

Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig; Wir sorgen dafür, dass die Räume täglich so sauber wie vor der Nutzung bleiben, und führen wöchentlich oder alle zwei Wochen eine größere Reinigung durch.

Die Wohnung ist 142 m² groß und verfügt über 1 sehr großes Wohnzimmer. Der 1 Teil des Zimmers bietet genug Platz für ein home-workout (e.g. Yoga, Tanzen), sogar während eine andere flatmate hat eine gemütliche Abende vor dem TV.

Wir arbeiten in Herzogenaurach/Erlangen und pendeln mit dem Bus zur Arbeit. Meistens bleibt aber mindestens ein Mal pro Woche jemand im Home Office - es gibt aber auf jeden Fall genug Platz und Internet-Bandbreite für alle.

Ansonsten freuen wir uns, Dich in unserer WG bei einer entspannten Runde kennenzulernen - wir können den Termin natürlich auch online ausmachen.

We are international (Portugal, Germany, Poland-France), young(-minded) and sporty.
We are pretty busy and quiet during the week as we have full-time jobs and do a lot of sports (dancing, skateboard, yoga, rollerskating, capoeira, swimming, diving, fitness, running,...) but we are always happy to go for a beer, and we are used to go out on the weekend when rules allow.
Cleanliness is important to us; we make sure to keep the spaces as clean as before use on a daily basis, and do a bigger cleaning, weekly or every second week.

The flat is 142m2 and has 2 living rooms, so we have enough space for a joint yoga/fitness or even dance session in one living room while someone else watches a movie in the other one.

We work in Herzogenaurach/Erlangen and commute to work by bus. We are used to working from home at least 1 day per week: there is definitely enough space and internet bandwidth for the 4 of us to be there at the same time.

Our names are Anastasiya (24), Bruno (33) & Tomek (31), (and Virginia is leaving); we are quite sociable and welcome new members bringing their own experiences and ideas with open arms. We'd be happy to get to know you having a drink together, if you're keen.

- Wir haben 2 Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Dusche und WC, und eine Badewanne.
- Waschmaschine.
- Dachboden zur Lagerung.
- Holzofen.
- Aufzug.
- Wir haben relative viele Pflanzen, aber es gibt nie genug, deshalb freuen wir uns auf jeden Fall falls du welche mitbringst.
- Wir haben nur 1 Nachbarn, im 6. Stock, der super nett ist. Der Rest des Gebäude ist Büro, weshalb wir ungestört am Wochenende sind.
