Schön, dass du auf unserer Anzeige vorbeischaust!
Dein (vielleicht zukünftiges) super helles Zimmer hat 14 qm mit zwei Südfenstern, hohe Decken und kann, wenn gewollt, teilmöbliert übernommen werden. Im Flur entsteht gerade unser Gemeinschaftsspace und dem großen Eckbalkon fehlen nur noch die Pflanzen und ein paar gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Da freuen wir uns schon auf gemeinsame Abende, aufs Tanzen in der Küche, wenn wir mal wieder die neuesten Rezepte ausprobieren (vielleicht hast du ja ein paar in petto?), aufs zusammen sitzen und Carcassonne zocken, oder ein Filmchen in unserem geplanten Heimkino gucken.
Wenn man übrigens mal die Tür hinter sich zu macht, wird das auch von allen Seiten verstanden und respektiert :)

Happy to welcome you to our ad!
Your (maybe future) very bright room is 14 sq m big, has 2 windows facing south, a high ceiling and can be rented partially furnished, if needed. Right now we're trying to create a little shared living space in the corridor and our big corner balcony only lacks some plants and comfortable furniture. We're so excited to spend our evenings there, to dance in the kitchen while trying out the newest recipes (any ideas?), to sit together and play some Carcassonne or to watch films in our planned homecinema.
Btw: no worries if you're not always in the mood for company, we aren't either and completely understand and respect a closed door every now and then :)
Was soll man schon über St. Johannis sagen ;)
In vielen Ecken gibts kleine Cafés (z.Z. alles ToGo natürlich), der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 300 m die Straße rauf, Biomarkt kann man innerhalb 10 Min zu Fuß erreichen, im Grünen in den Haller-und Pegnitzwiesen ist man auch flott (auch ca. 10 Min) und ganz wichtig: der Vegöner ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt 😍
Zur nächsten U-Bahn-Haltestelle Friedrich-Ebert-Platz geht man nur 3 Minuten, der nächste Bäcker ist zwei Häuser weiter :)
Nicht zu vergessen: Burg, Burggärten, Hesperidengärten und die Innenstadt, alles bequem und schnell (10-15 Min) zu Fuß zu erreichen.

There's many little Cafés (right now everything ToGo of course) all around, the next supermarket is about 300 m away, the organic food store can be reached within 10 min by foot, green spaces such as Haller- and Pegnitzwiesen are not far (about 10 min) and most importantly: Vegöner is within spitting distance 😍
To the next underground station Friedrich-Ebert-Platz you'll only need 3 min, the next bakery is just around the corner :)
Let's not forget: Burg, Burggärten, Hesperidengärten and the city center, all easily reachable by foot within 10-15 minutes.
Nachdem wir schon den Großteil unseres Lebens unter demselben Dach verbracht haben, fiel die Entscheidung zukünftig auch wieder zusammenzuwohnen nicht mehr schwer.
Wir, das sind Kathrin (33) - Pflanzen-Guru, Veganerin, spirituelle und tanzfreudige Seele, und momentan in Ausbildung zur Heilpraktikerin für ganzheitliche Psychotherapie - und ich, Laura (26) - Pflanzen-Freundin (noch kein Guru, aber das kommt bestimmt noch), Handarbeitsaffin, musikliebend und -lebend und in der Verwaltung des Kinder- und Jugendmedienzentrums PARABOL tätig.
Zum 01.06. ziehen wir beide in eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im Herzen von St. Johannis und würden uns unser neues Zuhause gerne mit Dir auf Zeit teilen. Auf Zeit deshalb, weil zum Jahreswechsel Kathrins Partner Nick einziehen wird, den wirst du bis dahin auch öfter zu Gesicht bekommen.
🇬🇧After having having spent most of our lives under the same roof, the decision of moving back in together was not hard to make.
Us, that's Kathrin (33) - Plant-Guru, Vegan, spiritual and dance-crazy soul and right now in the middle of her training to become an alternative practitioner for holistic psychotherapy - and me, Laura (26) - Plant-friend (about to become a Guru, just not there yet), Handcrafty, Music-loving and -living and working in the administration of the children and youth media center PARABOL.
Starting 1st of June we'll be living in this wonderful flat in the midst of St.Johannis and would like to share our new home with you for some time. Only for some time, as Nick, Kathrin's partner, will come live with us, starting at the turn of the year. So you'll most definitely will be seeing him around every now and then
