Für ein helles Zimmer in einem Hinterhaus in St.Leonhard in ruhiger Lage suche ich ein/n Nachmieter/in zur Zwischenmiete, da ich selbst in 4 Moanten ausziehe. Allerdings kann die Wohnung auch von dir weitergeführt werden nach den 4 Monaten indem du dir einfach eine/n Nachmieter/in suchst, die mit dir dann weiterhin hier wohnen möchte.Die Wohnung ist gefliest, sehr groß,es ist alles vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Wohnung liegt 2 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstelle St.Leonhard.
Also wenn du dich für dieses Zimmer interessierst, melde dich einfach!;)
