Hallo liebe WG-Zimmer Suchende,
wir suchen ab 15. März einen netten neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin für ein ca. 15 qm großes Zimmer in unserer schönen 7er WG. Das Zimmer ist hell und hat Laminatfußboden. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und bietet neben einer großen Küche noch 3 wunderschöne Bäder, in einem davon sogar mit Dusche und Badwanne. Außerdem haben wir haben eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt. Direkt um die Ecke ist eine Straßenbahnstation mit der man in wenigen Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Innenstadt kommt. Nach 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die UbahnStation Maffeiplatz mit der man in 2 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof ist.
Lidl und Norma sind auch gleich zu erreichen. Für die Sportbegeisterten ist das Mc Fit in der Frankenstraße auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Meli, Harald, Stephan, Lea, Sebastian und Christa. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Ab und zu wird zusammen gekocht oder auch mal abends was getrunken oder gefeiert.
Die Miete beträgt 294 Euro warm inclusive TV Anschluss und allem anderen. Für Internet kommt ca. noch 6 Euro monatlich dazu.
