wir (24, mediengestalterin und 25, studentin) suchen ab dem 15. januar eine neue mitbewohnerin.
Unsere Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof weg, Rewe, Schlecker, Norma, Netto und Lidl sind um die Ecke, ebenso Imbissbuden jeglicher Art.
Außerdem fahren direkt vor der Tür 2 Straßenbahnlinien zum Hauptbahnhof und 1 zum Plärrer.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 4 Zimmern (1 Wohnzimmer), Bad, WC, Küche und Balkon. Der Balkon steht nicht nur Rauchern zur Verfügung ;)
Bei Interesse einfach Termin aussuchen anrufen und vorbeikommen :)
Der Einzugstermin ist frei wählbar zwischen 15.01.-01.03.2013!
(Zwischenmiete wäre auch möglich wenn der Auszugstermin nicht auf den 01.01./01.02./01.03/01.07./01.08. fällt)
