da mein alter Mitbewohner auszieht, suche ich (23 Jahre) einen neuen Nachmieter für sein Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß und liegt im zweiten Stock. Küche, Bad mit Toilette, Waschmaschine und Balkon sind vorhanden. Im Preis inbegriffen sind alle Kosten (Strom, Gas, Internet, Kabel).
Das Zimmer ist ab 01.03. bezugsfähig.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Gehminuten sind Supermärkte (Edeka, REWE) und die Straßenbahn Linie 6 zu erreichen, sowie eine Busanbindung (Bus 43,44)
Die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wöhrder See und zur Georg-Simon-Ohm-Hochschule.
Ich suche einen netten Mitbewohner. Es sollte möglichst keine reine Zweck-WG werden, da ich ein geselliger Mensch bin und gerne mal zusammen koche oder abends weggehe. Nichtraucher und Berufstätigkeit wären wünschenswert, sind aber keine Voraussetzung.
