da ich das Zimmer miete ab 01.09. selber aber erst einziehen werde ab 01.10.12 wäre Platz für den Monat September. Der normale Mietpreis beträgt EUR 307, da ich aber spät drann bin mit meiner Annonce nehme ich nur EUR 200.
Die WG ist im schönen Stadtteil Wöhrd gelegen 5 Min. vom Wöhrdersee entfernt, sowie 5 Min. ins Zentrum. Die Anbindungen sind daher optimal.
Zusammenleben werdet Ihr mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Johanna, die in Nürnberg Lehramt studiert.
