Hallo Leute,
da ich kurzfristig von Mai bis einschließlich Juli ins Ausland gehen werde, suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein ca. 15 qm großes WG-Zimmer.
Die komplette Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einem Bad, einem kleinen Abstellraum und einer großen Küche. Sie ist ca. 150 m vom Whörder See entfernt. Sowohl der Weg zur FH als auch zur UNI ist gut überschaubar. Das zweite Zimmer wird von meiner äußerst netten Mitbewohnerin bewohnt, die gerade ihren Master an der UNI macht. Die Küche hat eine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine.
Eine Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Tram, Bus, U-Bahn) sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, d&m, Rossmann, Norma,…) sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Eine Besichtigung wäre nach Absprache ab sofort möglich.
