The biggest advantage of the apartment in my opinion is that it is very spacious: it has a living room and 2 bedrooms, so you always have 1 extra room to spend you time in, as only 2 people share the apartment.
There are also a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen, a hall and a balcony. All rooms are furnished. The couch in the living room is cosy and we had guests to stay and sleep on it. The room I offer for renting is very bright.
The apartment has a great location. 2 minutes walking to Tram line 8. 4-5 minutes walking to the Rathenauplatz metro station and bus and other tram stops. 2 minutes walking to Norma, 4 to Edeka, around 7 minutes to REWE, DM and Penny-Markt supermarkets.
Located very close to the city center. Has beautiful parks close to the building. 12 minutes walking to the Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg WiSo Lange Gasse building.
I am living Nuremberg in July for summer vacation and will be back in October. For this time I would like to rent my room to a nice person who is not smoking and doesn't have any pets.
I am going to leave for free all of my cups, glasses, plates (around 18 pieces of various kinds of plates and around 10 glasses and cups) and knifes/spoons/forks (around 24 pieces) as well as pots and pans and other kitchen stuff (large spoons, bottle and can openers, etc.). I will also leave a drying rack for wet clothes. And all buckets, dusters, floor cloth and a broom. I spent a lot of time in my first week in Nuremberg to get everything for comfortable living, so I know how exausting it can be to find it all.
