Da meine neue Wohnung nun etwas groß für einen alleine ist, würde ich gerne noch ein Zimmerchen untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4.OG direkt am Cramer-Klett Park.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist so ca 10m² groß
Dazu ein großes Wohnzimmer (22m², sowie eine geräumige Küche (10-12m² oder mehr)
Grundriss hänge ich mit dran.
Ich selber ziehe jetzt erst in die Wonhung nachdem ich meine jetzige WG verlasse da die Partnerin meines Mitbewohners für mich einzieht.
Noch ist nichts in der Wohnung. Ich kümmere mich ab Mitte November um eine Küche sowie Möbel für das Wohnzimmer. Auf einmal geht das natürlich nicht, aber so kannst du ja auch n bisserl mitgestalten.
Wohnungkaltmiete ist gesamt 570€. Die Kosten würden wir uns dann gemeinsam Aufteilen (nach qm der einzelnen Zimmer) die Miete habe ich hier mal mit recht hohen Nebenkosten kalkuliert. Wir rechnen dann genau ab wenn die Gas und Strom Kosten ins Haus flattern.
Ich selber bin 29 Jahre, Bauingenieur. Habe bis vor nicht allzulanger zeit in Nürnberg studiert. Sonst Radl ich recht gern und viel, geh hin und wieder Klettern oder Bergsteigen und bin nach feierabend auch schon mal in der ein oder anderen Kneipe zu finden.

I'm moving out of my current flat in this 65sqm flat in the 4th floor of a post-war building near the city centre and the local university.
since 65 sqm is quite big I'd like to share the space with a nice roommate (male/female/exraterrestrial whatever i don't care)
you'll be getting a10sqm room near with a door to the living room .
the common space is quite big since the living room alone is ~22sqm and the kitchen is quite big as well (for a kitchen in a flat)
I'm a 29year old recent graduatee from the university (civ.eng) and work in an office in nurenburg. since i studied here i might be able to show you around a bit if you're from elswhere (bars, pubs whatever)
in my spare time i enjoy cycling and climbing as long as the weather is good,
on rainy days I'm more of a sofaandtvshowsbingeviewing guy.
I've you're coming from aboad with nothing but a bagback i might even be able to get you some furniture for your stay here. (still got some old stuff at my parents and my sisters house)
The cost is just a gross estimate. we'll see what the costs for electricity and gas will be and then we'll split the bills.
monthly base rent for the whole flat is 570€. I think that the overall cost will be ~750€
We'll split that by the sqm. (I think your share will be around 300-350€)
