Das Zimmer ist ca 12m² groß, wie ich finde die perfekte Größe! Das Fenster geht raus zum Hinterhof, also hat du keinen Straßenlärm und früh kann man die Sonne genießen. Das Zimmer wird partialmöbiliert vermietett.
Die WG hat 3 Zimmer + Küche + Bad + Balkon und liegt im 4. Stock mit Lastenaufzug. Spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden, Mirkowelle, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Sandwichmaker, Roboterstaubsauger und Kühlschrank auch und der Herd funktioniert mit Gas!

Die WG liegt oberhalb vom Rathenauplatz. REWE und Penny sind gleich um die Ecke, ansonsten gibt es noch etwas weiter Edeka, Netto und Norma.
Am Rathenauplatz fährt alles an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln was man braucht. Ab Bahnhof ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten.
Die Uni und die Altstadt sind
auch gleich um die Ecke, genauso wie der Stadtpark oder auch die Wöhrder Wiese.
The apartment is 2 min walking distance for the subway station Rathenauplatz (2 stations away form the main station). is 15 min away from the city center (walking distance) and 5 with the subway.
groceries shops such as REWE and Penny are 2 min away from the flat as well as plenty restaurants across the corner and a beautiful park.
Die WG besteht aus Lu (27, untypischer BWLer, versucht sich ab und zu als DJ und macht Squats für sein Leben gern) und Maite (25, arbeitet bei Adidas, klein aber oho, sorgt für unser Sprachwirrwarr ;)). Sprachlich können wir Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch bieten. Beide sind sehr umgänglich und können auch den Putzlappen schwingenl. Außerdem gibt es ja die Spülmaschine und unseren Staubsaugerroboter :)
Da wir alle unterschiedliche Arbeitszeiten haben und auch sportlich noch unterwegs sind, kann es schon mal sein, dass man sich ab und zu verpasst. Eine Tafel und Kreide für Nachrichten oder sonstiges gibt es auch, falls man sich mitteilen möchte.

The landlord is LU a 27 year old German guy, super cool that works in KPMG that loves sport and travel and in his free time like to be DJ.
and Maite a 25 year old Mexican girl that works in Adidas, she is friendly and love sport and travel.
Wenn du jetzt Lust hast bei uns einzuziehen und kein frischer Erstsemester bist, der nicht weiß, wie man einen Putzlappen benutzt, dann schreib doch einfach eine Mail an und stell dich kurz vor. Bitte kein ganzer Lebenslauf und keine Selbstbeweihräucherung ;)
Zeit zum Besichtigen haben wir eher abends und wohl in der Woche 20.02. - 6.03. aber einfach mal Nachfragen!
