Die FAU Nürnberg etwas weiter. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschtrockner ausgestattet.Das Zimmer ist kompl.möbliert und bezugsfertig. Bett ,großer Spiegelschrank,Schreibtisch etc. ( Siehe Fotos ) sind vorhanden Das Tageslichtbad hat Badewanne und Dusche. U-Bahn und Bus sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wöhrder Wiesen sowie der Wöhrder See zur Naherholung liegen praktisch um die Ecke. Ein Bäcker und ein Naturkost Supermarkt sind 2min entfernt, sowie Restaurants. Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ideal auch für Wochenendheimfahrer.
Der Mietvertrag wird erst auf ein halbes Jahr befristet und kann dann bei Bedarf verlängert werden.
