Schönes 14qm Zimmer in toller WG und Haus-Community

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Opernhaus, Plärrer und Weißer Turm (U-/Straßenbahnhaltestellen) sind fußläufig in etwa 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso kurz ist der Fußweg in die Innenstadt.
Die S-Bahnhaltestelle Steinbühl kann in etwa 7 Minuten erreicht werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Aldi, Marktkauf, DM, Ebl in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Imbiss-Buden und diverse Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is in the center of Nuremberg. The tramway stations Opernhaus, Plärrer, and Weißer Turm are only about 2 minutes away. The same is true for the city center. You can reach the train station Steinbühl in about 7 minutes. Shopping facilities, like Rewe, Aldi, Marktkauf, DM, or Ebl, are within walking distance. There are various restaurants nearby.

Momentan wohnen noch zwei Männer (Andy und Philipp) mit mir in der 3er-WG. Da Andy bald mit seinem Mann zusammenzieht, wird ab Oktober auch noch ein kleineres Zimmer frei (9qm für 331€; https://www.wg-gesucht.de/6028496.html?ma=1), welches du mit Philipp an eine dritte Person vermieten wirst. Es entsteht sozusagen mit dir eine ganz neue WG.
Wir legen Wert auf eine offene Person, die gesellig ist und sich auch gerne in die Gruppe integriert bzw. keine Vorurteile hat. Wenn du deine Ruhe haben willst, wird das natürlich respektiert. Ansonsten findest du immer ein offenes Ohr, falls Gesprächsbedarf besteht. Kommunikation und ein spannungsfreies Zusammenleben sollten an erster Stelle stehen. In unserem Haus sind fast ausschließlich WGs, die miteinander vernetzt sind. Wir unternehmen oft was miteinander, helfen uns gegenseitig und haben uns sowieso alle lieb. Unsere Balkone sind alle zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, sodass vor allem im Sommer ein mehrstöckiges Wohnzimmer entsteht. Wenn wir uns gerade nicht dort aufhalten, gehen wir in die MUZ, den Z-Bau, ins Stereo oder irgendwelche Straßenfeste und Orte, die uns so nehmen, wie wir sind. Im Winter sind die Tage dann gemütlicher, ganz viel Tee, Spiele- und Filmabende dort, wo gerade jemand Gesellschaft haben möchte. Je nach WG-Konstellation sind auch immer wieder mal Partys im Haus, obwohl das in den letzten Monaten eher selten vorkam.

At the moment, there are still two men (Andy and Philipp) living in the apartment. Andy is moving in with his husband which is why there will be another free room in October (9 sq m, 331€; https://www.wg-gesucht.de/6028496.html?ma=1). This means that, together with Philipp, you will be able to choose your third roommate.
We usually cook and eat together and with friends, watch movies, or go out. Still, if you need some time for yourself, we respect that.
The other people in the house also live in shared apartments. We do many things together, be it drinking a lot of coffee, cooking and talking or going out to concerts, festivals and clubs. During summertime, we have a big living room consisting of the balconies which all face to the inner yard. In winter, we spend a lot of time drinking tea, playing games or watching a movie. Depending on the apartment, there might be a party in the building every once in a while, although this hasn’t been the case in the last couple of months.

Die oben genannte Abstandszahlung ist nur ungefähr. Darin enthalten sind auf jeden Fall 40€ für die Waschmaschine. Welches Mobiliar ich davon abgesehen noch da lasse, kann ich momentan nicht sagen.



The redundancy pay of 70€ is not fixed. It definitely includes 40€ for the washing machine, but I don't know which other furniture I will leave in the apartment.
