ab 20. September vermiete ich ein ca. 15 qm großes möbliertes Zimmer mit Balkon, Gartennutzung, Küche- und Bad-Mitnutzung (d.h. 3 sehr liebe Siamkatzen haben dort ihre Toiletten im Bad stehen) im 2. OG (ohne Fahrstuhl) an ruhigen Mieter. Alle weiteren Räume nicht nutzbar.
Ort: Nürnberg Zerzabelshof. 3 Buslinien ca. 2 bis 3 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenfalls alle Einkaufmöglichkeiten und ein Freibad. Autobahnanbindung in der Nähe.
Miete incl. NK und Putzfrau: Euro 450,00 (400,00). Euro 50,00 erlasse ich, da ich Hilfe beim Tragen der Einkäufe aus der Tiefgarage benötige. (Hüft OP)
