das zimmer um das es geht, ist ein eck-zimmer unterm dach, d.h. auf einer seite befinden sich schrägen die auf ungefähr 1,1o beginnen. das zimmer hat zwei fenster, eines zum hof das andere auf die strasse. die wohnung befindet sich im dritten stock. es ist laminat verlegt... und sehr schön hell. das so kurz vorne weg, weiteres bei besichtigung...
warmmiete beträgt zurzeit 215 euro zzgl nebenkosten.
zentrale innenstadt lage, u-bahnstation gostenhof direkt vor der türe. viele schöne kneipen im eck und gute einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
wir wohnen bis jetzt zu dritt, unsere wg befindet sich in einem umsturtz d.h. eine person bleibt wohnen, die zweite zieht dann aber auch schon mitte oktober aus, so dass eine relativ neue konstellation entsteht. genaueres bei besuch vor ort.
