Des Weiteren haben wir neben dem voll ausgestatteten Küchen- und Wohnbereich natürlich auch ein Badezimmer und als Highlight unseren Keller mit zusätzlicher Toilette (für den Notfall), Stauraum und einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine.
Da Pablo nach Madrid zieht, lässt er sein Bett (mit Kissen, Decke und Bezügen), seinen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und seine Kleiderstange zur Ablöse für 250€.
Die Kaution von 820€ zahlst Du auch direkt ab ihn.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 425€ und deckt alle Kosten wie Auch das Wifi ab.

From the large window, you have a direct view of the communal garden and the park beyond. Your room has a wooden beam on the ceiling, and ceiling lights are already installed.
Furthermore, in addition to the fully equipped kitchen and living area, we also have a bathroom and, as a highlight, our basement with an additional toilet (for emergencies), storage space, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
As Pablo is moving to Madrid, he is leaving his bed (with pillows, blanket, and covers), his desk with a chair, and his clothes rack for a transfer fee of €250. You will also directly pay him the deposit of €820.
The total rent is €425 and covers all costs, including WiFi.
Zwei Blocks von der Kaiserburg entfernt liegt unsere WG direkt im EG.
Man kommt in ca. 8-10min zu Fuß zum Rathenauplatz (REWE) wie aber auch zur U-Bahnstation Lorenzkirche.
Da wir direkt in der Innenstadt sind ist man sehr schnell in der Fußgängerzone.
Two blocks away from the Imperial Castle, our shared apartment is located on the ground floor. It takes about 8-10 minutes on foot to reach Rathenauplatz (REWE) and the subway station Lorenzkirche. Since we are right in the city center, you can quickly access the pedestrian zone.
Da uns Pablo nach seinem Master leider verlässt sind Philip und ich auf der Suche nach einem entspannten Mitbewohner.
Falls die Konstellation passt und Du Dir vorstellen kannst langfristig in der WG zu bleiben, wäre es sehr gut, wenn Du neben mir auch einen Hauptmietvetrag schließt. Aber auch eine Zwischenmiete ist möglich.
Du wirst Dir mit Philip (27) und Valeria (24) die WG teilen. Da wir am uns am Ende des Studiums bzw. schon im Berufsleben befinden wäre es uns wichtig, dass es tagsüber ein bisschen ruhiger zugeht. Neben Deutsch und English wirst Du bei uns auch Vietnamesisch und Spanisch zu Ohren bekommen.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist ein sehr wichtiger Punkt in unserem Zusammenleben. Wir haben jedoch keinen Putzplan (da manchmal der eine oder andere Mitbewohner für ein Tage oder länger nicht da ist). Das heißt, das vor allem Eigeninitiative gefragt ist.
Zusammen kümmern wir uns sehr gerne um unsere Zimmerpflanzen, hören Musik, bestellen manchmal zusammen Essen, verqutaschen uns bei einem Bier oder gehen gerne durch die Altstadt (eventuell beim Pokemon Go spielen) spazieren.

As Pablo is unfortunately leaving us after completing his master's degree, Philip and I are in search of a relaxed roommate.
You will be sharing the apartment with Philip (27) and Valeria (24). Since we are at the end of our studies or already in our professional lives, it's important to us that things are a bit quieter during the day. In addition to German and English, you'll also hear Vietnamese and Spanish in our conversations.
Cleanliness and order are crucial aspects of our coexistence. However, we don't have a cleaning schedule (as sometimes one or the other roommate might be away for a day or longer). This means that self-initiative is especially appreciated (and tbh also expected ;) )
Together, we enjoy taking care of our indoor plants, listening to music, occasionally ordering food together, spending time chatting over a beer, or strolling through the old town (perhaps while playing Pokemon Go).
