Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und besonders für Studierende geeignet. Das Zimmer ist das Größte in der Wohnung und hat einen Balkon.
Allgemein ist die Wohnung vollmöbliert und kann zum 1.3.24 bezogen werden. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Küche, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc.
Ablösesumme für die Stühle am Balkon beträgt: 15€

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt, Nähe Kopernikusplatz und Aufseßplatz. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle U1 und Straßenbahnlinien 5 und 6 sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt (ca. 5 min).
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Rewe, DM, Rossmann, Bäckerei,…) und Apotheken befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die TH Nürnberg und FAU sind mit dem Rad in 15 min erreichbar.
Momenten wohnen 3 Mädels hier in der WG. Eine wird jedoch zum Ende Februar 2024 ausziehen. Wir, Regina (25) und Farah (27) suchen daher zum 1.3.24 eine weibliche Nachmieterin (zw. 20 und 30 Jahren) für das größte Zimmer der 3-Zimmer-Wohnung.
