Heyho. Ich würde gern von Rosenheim mehr aufs Land ziehen und suche eine/einen Mitbewohner:In damit wir uns eine schöne WG einrichten.
Am liebsten wäre mir eine 2er WG, aber auch ein Häuschen zu dritt oder viert wäre was.
Bevorzugt Oberaudorf, Raubling, Brannenburg, also das Inntal. Richtung Chiemgau wäre auch nicht schlecht.
Entspanntes miteinander. Viel Berg und Sport zum Ausgleich. Wichtig ist auch genug Platz für die Räder, Skier, Rodel etc.
Die Wohnung sollte auf jeden Fall für 2-3x die Woche Homeoffice-tauglich sein. Die anderen Tage pendel ich nach Rosenheim.
Wär also top wenn wir 2 Homeoffice Plätze einrichten können die nicht am Esstisch sind
Ich hab kein Stress mit Umzug, daher such ich ganz entspannt.
