Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und geht Richtung Süd-Ost zur Loggia hin raus. D.h. es ist schön hell aber durch das Vordach knallt die Sonne nicht direkt ins Zimmer. Es gibt ein Rollo und einen blickdichten Vorhang.
Im Zimmer befindet sich momentan ein Bett mit Nachttisch, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl sowie ein Kleiderschrank (neu und noch nicht fotografiert). Das kann so genutzt werden oder du richtest komplett nach eigenem Geschmack ein.
Die Wohnung im 2. OG hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer und eine große Loggia. Weiterhin Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, Gäste WC und Küche.

The room has a rectangular form and is facing south east via the loggia. That means it is bright but the sun does not hit the room directly due to the roof over the loggia. There are blinds and curtains.
A bed, table and chair and a wardrobe (new and not yet photographed) are currently in the room and can be used or you bring your own furniture.
The flat on the second floor has three bedrooms, a big dining and living room as well as a loggia. Furthermore a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, guest bathroom and kitchen.
In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen Oberurseler Innenstadt und Bahnhof gelegen hat man das beste aus zwei Welten. Kleinstadtleben und die Großstadt ist gut erreichbar.
Zum Uni Campus Westend sind es mit Fußweg ca. 30 Minuten (U-Bahn).
Zur Hauptwache (Zeil) sind es mit Fußweg unter 30 Minuten (S-Bahn).
Nach Bad Homburg sind es mit Fußweg unter 15 Minuten.
Located in a side street between the Oberursel city center and the railway station you have the best of two worlds. Small city life and big city on request.
To Frankfurt University Westend Campus it is a little over 30 minutes including the walk (U-Bahn)
To Frankfurt Hauptwache (Zeil) it is a little under 30 minutes including the walk (S-Bahn)
To Bad Homburg you need approx 15 Minutes
Wir sind beide berufstätig - Lehrerin und IT Berater.
Ich arbeite momentan aus dem Home-Office.
Wir sind neu in Oberursel und erkunden noch, d.h. es gibt bisher Traditionen die aus der alten Wohnung mitgekommen sind.
Freitags ist bisher Movie Night gewesen, am Wochenede spielen wir auch gerne eine Runde Gesellschaftsspiele.
Gerne unternehmen wir etwas zusammen und geben aber auch den nötigen Freiraum. Ich denke wir sind sehr respektvoll und locker drauf.
We both work, teacher and IT consultant. I currently work in home-office. We are new to Oberursel and are still exploring.
Some traditions moved with us from the old flat, movie night on Fridays or a games night on the weekends.
We like to do things together but also give space - I think we are very respectful and easy going.

Beim Ein- und Auszug sind wir flexibel.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug (2. Etage). Es leben zwei Katzen mit uns, alles was für die gemacht werden muss, übernehmen wir komplett.
Ein Parkplatz kann für 45 EUR / Monat dazu gemietet werden.
