Das Zimmer ist sehr gut beleuchtet und mit 27,61 m² recht geräumig in einer 168 m² großen Wohnung. Es ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und erhält so morgens das warme und angenehme Sonnenlicht und bleibt dennoch nachmittags kühl. Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und die meisten Möbel sind neu. Auch die Dachterrasse ist ziemlich groß (35,80 m²), auf der man grillen oder mit Freunden feiern kann.

The room is quite spacious with 27.61 m² and very well lit in a 168 m² apartment. It faces East and thus gets the warm and comfortable sunlight in the morning and yet still stays cool in the afternoon. The apartment is a newly built one with most furniture brand new. Also, the roof terrace is pretty large (35.80 m²) where one can enjoy BBQs or have a party with friends.
Das Gebäude ist 3 Gehminuten vom Offenbach Bieber S-Bahnhof entfernt. Es gibt ein Tegut etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sowie mehrere Restaurants/Bäckereien/Shops. Wenn man gerne mit dem Fahrrad fährt, kann man in der gleichen Zeit viel mehr Möglichkeiten haben und kann auch diese grüne Gegend genießen, in der viele Bäume sind und nicht so viele Menschen auf der Straße wie in der Stadt. Wenn man aber mal Lust zum Zentrum hat, sind Offenbach Marktplatz und Ledermuseum nur 2 bzw. 3 Stationen entfernt; Frankfurt Hauptwache erreicht man mit der S-Bahn in ca. 15 Minuten.

The building is 3 mins walk from the S-Bahn station Offenbach Bieber. There's a Tegut about 8 mins walk away as well as several restaurants/bakeries/shops. If you like to bike, you would have many more options within the same amount of time and could also enjoy this green area where there are lots of trees and not so many people on the street like in the city, though if you wanted to, Offenbach Marktplatz and Ledermuseum are just 2 and 3 stations away. It also takes only ~15 mins to reach Frankfurt's center (Hauptwache).
Ich bin Nhan und ich arbeite als Programmierer von zu Hause aus. Neben der Arbeit verbringe ich nachmittags und abends regelmäßig Zeit in Badmintonvereinen oder im Fitness. Wenn ich unter der Woche etwas Freizeit habe, würde ich mich hinsetzen und Filme auf Netflix oder Amazon Prime ansehen und gleichzeitig versuchen, meine Sprachkenntnisse zu verbessern. Am Wochenende würde ich ein paar Freunde zum Grillen einladen oder manchmal reise ich irgendwohin.
Ich bin ein unkomplizierter und relativ offener Mensch. Was Beziehungen angeht, versuche ich, alles einfach und explizit zu halten.

My name is Nhan and I'm a programmer working from home. Besides work, in the afternoon and evening I regularly spend time in badminton clubs or in the gym. Other than that, when I have some spare time during the week, I'd sit down and watch movies on Netflix or Amazon Prime, at the same time trying to improve my language skills. On the weekend I'd invite some friends over to have a BBQ or sometimes I travel somewhere.
I'm a simple and quite open person. As far as relationships are concerned, I try to keep things simple and explicit.
