Practical features include a separate utility room with a washing machine, as well as an additional storage room for coats and shoes. All rooms are accessible from the hallway. The inner courtyard is available for shared use by all residents.
The historic brick-front building is located directly at Bürgelplatz - a small park area with a fountain, framed by trees. From here, it's only a few steps to the Main river promenade.
The rent includes furniture, and the prepayment for utilities includes water, heating, electricity, and internet.

The house is located in the historic center of Offenbach-Bürgel. You can reach Frankfurt's Hauptwache by public transportation in just 25 minutes or 11 km by car. The University of Design is approximately 2 km away.

The Main promenade is practically right at your doorstep, inviting you to leisurely strolls. Currently, the shared apartment is occupied by Julian, Johannes, Maxi, and Christian. All of them are employed and work in Hanau, Offenbach, and Frankfurt.
The minimum rental duration is 3 months. Prices for a 12-month lease are as follows:
