Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Zusätzlich muss der neue Mieter den Tisch und den Stuhl für ca. 100€ übernehmen, die nicht in der Wohnung enthalten sind. Die Möbel sind in einem guten Zustand.
Zu den Highlights der Wohnung gehören die top ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen mit Umluft, hochwertige Spüle, Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach und viel Stauraum), ein Putzraum und ein separates WC.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten und obersten Stock eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses und ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Fahrradraum und einen kleinen Keller. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, der derzeit von einem WG-Bewohner genutzt wird, aber es gibt auch Parkplätze auf der Straße.

The room is furnished with a bed, and warderobe. Additionally, the new tenant has to take over the Table and the chair for about 100€, which are not included in the apartment. The furniture is in good condition.
Among the highlights of the apartment are the top equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven with circulating air, high-quality sink, refrigerator with separate freezer and lots of storage space), a batchroom, and a separate toilet.
The apartment is on the fourth and top floor of a well-kept apartment building and can be reached by stairs. There is a bicycle space and a small cellar. The apartment has a parking space, which is currently used by one person staying in the WG, but there are Parking spaces in the street as well.

Jalal (M) und Til (M) leben in der WG, beide sind jung (<30 Jahre alt). Beide sprechen Deutsch, sind aber auch offen, sich ab und zu auf Englisch zu unterhalten.
In der WG behandeln wir uns gegenseitig mit Respekt und leben als Gemeinschaft. Von Zeit zu Zeit treffen wir uns abends in der Küche zum Reden und vielleicht auch mal auf einen Drink. Natürlich wird die Privatsphäre sehr respektiert.
Wir suchen ruhige und ordentliche Mitbewohner, die Wert darauf legen, eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre für alle zu schaffen.

Jalal (M) and Til (M) live in the apartment, both are young (<30 years old). Both speak German, and are also open to speak in English from time to time.
In the WG we treat each other with respect and live as a community. From time to time we meet in the evening to talk in the kitchen and probably sometimes a drink too. Of course, there is a lot of respect for privacy.
We are looking for quiet and tidy flatmates who attach importance to create a pleasant living atmosphere for everyone.

Tiere sind in der Wohnung leider nicht gestattet.
