Da ich (Lison) umziehe, wird mein Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen WG im Norden von Offenbach frei. Wir suchen eine neue* Mitbewohner*in zum 1.2. Unsere WG ist eine Dreier-WG, wir sind 25 (Iona) und 26 (Johannes) Jahre alt und deine beiden neuen Mitbewohner arbeiten ( Design und Englischlehrerin). Deine beiden Mitbewohner sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch (eine Englischmuttersprachlerin und ein Deutschmuttersprachler). Wir können in beiden Sprachen kommunizieren, je nachdem, welche du bevorzugst. Wir haben eine freundliche Atmosphäre, jeder geht in Ruhe sein eigenes Leben.

Lage: 7 min zu Fuß vom Sbahn Ledermuseum entfernt ( 15 min zum Hauptbahnhof, 10 min zur Hauptwache) Es gibt auch Bushaltestelle an der Straße. Der Offenbacher Hauptbahnhof ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet Regionalzüge in andere Teile Hessens

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Netto, Lidl, Rossman, Bäckerei, Rewe & DM (5-10 min)

Das freie Zimmer ist etwa 18 Quadratmeter groß, es ist hell und lichtdurchflutet. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr groß. In unserer 130 Quadratmeter großen Wohnung haben wir ein wunderschönes Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa zum Faulenzen und einem großen Tisch, an dem man gemeinsam essen, spielen und Gäste einladen kann. Es gibt auch ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche und es eine extra Toilette.

Der Mietpreis ist ca. €605 mit allem (Miete, Nebenkosten und WLAN). Da die Wohnung vor 2 Jahren komplett neu eingerichtet wurde (Wohnzimmer, Küche und Waschmaschine) würde noch ein Abschlag von 200€
anfallen. Die Kaution beträgt 1360€.

As I (Lison) am moving out, my room in our beautiful flat share in the north of Offenbach is available. We are looking for a new flatmate as of 1st February. Our flat share is for three people and your new flatmates are young professionals aged 25 (Iona) and 26 (Johannes) years old (working in the Design and Education fields) They both speak fluent German and English with one being a native English speaker and the other a native German speaker.

Location : 7 min walk from the Sbahn Ledermuseum ( 15 min to Hauptbahnhof, 10 min to Hauptwache) On our street there are also bus stops and it’s about a 15min walk to Offenbach main station, which offers regional trains around Hesse.

Shops: Netto, Lidl, Rossman, bakery, Rewe & DM (5-10 min)


The room to rent is about 18 square metres in size, bright and flooded with light. Our 130 square metre flat is very spacious and we have a beautiful living room with a sofa for lounging around and a large table for eating together, playing games and inviting people over. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower as well as an extra toilet.

The rent is about €605 in total (rent and bills inclusive) As the flat was completely refurnished 2 years ago (living room, kitchen and washing machine), a deduction of €200
would be charged. The deposit is 1360€.
