In unserer schönen Altbau-WG in Offenbach am Main wird Zimmer 3 frei. Das Zimmer hat ca. 18m² und ist teilweise möbliert mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor einigen Jahren kernsaniert. Das Wohnung ist daher modern und auch komplett ausgestattet: wir haben eine Waschmaschine und Trocker und an Kochutensilien ist ebenfalls so gut wie alles vorhanden. Es gibt einen Keller und Fahrräder können im Hinterhof überdacht abgestellt werden.
Zwei mal die Woche kommt bei uns eine Putzfrau vorbei und putzt die wichtigsten Flächen in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und am Monatsende putzt jeder von uns einmal gründlich seinen Bereich (z.B. Küche). Falls ihr nicht bereit seid, oder nicht in der Lage seid die Wohnung sauber zu halten, bitte ich euch von einer Kontaktaufnahme Abstand zu nehmen. Wir sind eine sehr saubere und ordentliche WG, und erwarten, dass der/die neue Mitbewohner/in Disziplin und Verantwortungsbewusstsein bezüglich Reinigung aufweist.
Room 3 will become available in our beautiful shared apartment. The room has a size of about 18 sqm and is equipped with a bed, table and large closet. The whole flat was refurbished a few years ago, so bathroom and kitchen are quite modern. It is also fully equipped and has a washing maschine, dryer and most of the things that you need for cooking.
There is also a basement and bikes can be parked in the backyard
Twice a week a cleaning lady is coming to clean the most important areas and in the end of the month everyone of us will clean an assigned area very thoroughly (e.g. kitchen). We kindly ask you not to apply for the room in case you are not able or willing to keep the flat clean.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Bismarckstr. 165 in Offenbach am Main und damit quasi direkt am Hauptbahnhof in OF (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß). Von dort fahren die Regionalbahnen in ca. 5 Minuten zum Frankfurter Südbahnhof und in weiteren 5 Minuten zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof. Die S-Bahnen nach Frankfurt sind ebenfalls fußläufig (10-15 Minuten) oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Penny, Rewe, Norma). Der Offenbacher Wochenmarkt ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is located in Bismarckstrasse 165 in Offenbach am Main and is very closely located to Offenbach central station (about 3 minutes walking distance). From there you can reach Frankfurt Südbahnhof in about 5 minutes by train and Frankfurt central station by another 5 minutes. Also four lines of S-Bahn are going to Frankfurt and can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot or by taking the bus. You can find supermarkets (Penny, Rewe, Norma) within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Also Offenbach weekly market is about 10 minutes away.
Bei uns in der WG wohnen Marvin (Berufstätig), Qin (Student), Christoph (Student) und Qin (Student). Dadurch, dass alle unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe haben, ist es v.a. unter der Woche relativ ruhig. Wir unternehmen aber am Wochenende ab und zu gerne etwas zusammen oder treffen uns auf ein Bier in der Küche. Zudem haben wir ein gutes Verhältnis zur Familie unserer Vermieterin, die im ersten Stock wohnt. Grundsätzlich hat hier aber auch jede/r ihre/seine Ruhe. Wir versuchen zudem die Wohnung recht sauber zu halten und würden ein gutes Maß an Sauberkeit und respektvollem Umgang auch von dem/der neuen Mitbewohner/in erwarten.
There are currently four people in the flat: Ankush (Student), Marvin (working), Qin (Student) and Christoph (Student). Qin is moving out. Because everyone of us is working, our flat is mostly calm during the week. On the weekend we sometimes go out, play a card game or have a beer in the kitchen together. Also, we have a good relationship to our landlord's family, which is living on the first floor of our house. Generally, everybody can have one's own peace here, too. We also try to keep the flat quite clean and would expect an equivalent and respectful behaviour from the person who's moving in.
- Die Parkplatzsituation in der Bismarckstrasse ist schwierig, aber etwas weiter weg findet man i.d.R. einen Stellplatz
- Es gibt keinen Balkon, jedoch einen schönen Innenhof

- Schreibt uns bitte ein paar Infos zu euch (Arbeit / Studium, Hobbies, WG-Erfahrung, etc.)
- parking is difficult in Bismarckstrasse but you will find some areas which are not too far from the house
- there’s no balcony, but a nice backyard
