Ich ziehe jetzt aus meinem schönen WG Zimmer am 01.04 aus. Meine lieber Mitbewohnerin Aysha und ich suchen deshalb eine Nachfolgerin für mein Zimmer in unserer fast neu gegründeten 4er WG, die in den 1. OG ein Mehrfamilienhaus in der Nähe vom Offenbacher Ostbahnhof liegt.
Das freie ( auf wünsch teil möblierte) Zimmer ist ungefähr 16m² groß, ist mit Holzböden ausgestattet und hat ein schönes Eckfenster, wodurch ganz viel Licht das Zimmer durchflutet. Das Zimmer ist aber auch mit Rollladen ausgestattet, falls du irgendwann richtig gut ausschlafen willst. Man kann dort ohne Probleme z.B. Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und eine Kommode unterbringen. Die wände sind vor ein Jahr weiß gestrichen worden und die grauen wand die Im fotos zu sehen ist, habe ich von die Mieterin davor übernommen. Ich finde es sieht schick aus und würde mich sehr freuen wenn du es auch so übernehmen könntest. Am liebsten würde ich dir einen großen Kleiderschrank (ziehe Bilder) kostenfrei hinterlassen. Nach vereinbarung kann ich auch die Regale, Lampe und Gardinenstangen hinterlassen.
Das Zimmer ist in einer großzügigen Wohnung enthalten. Wir haben eine große Küche mit viel Platz für deine persönlichen Sachen, die aber immerhin mit allem was man so braucht schon ausgestattet ist. Wir haben 2 Kühlschränke, sodass du dich mit nur einer anderen Person dir den Platz teilen musst. Wir haben einen großen Esstisch mit 8 Sitzplätzen, die sich perfekt für Gäste einigt. Das Tageslichtbad ist hell gefliest und verfügt über eine schöne große Badewanne. Waschraum, Kellerraum und Fahrrad-Stellplätze sind auch im Haus vorhanden, falls du etwas mehr Abstellplatz brauchst. Waschmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger sind auch vorhanden und kannst du gerne mitbenutzen. Da Aysha und ich die Staubsauger erst vor ein paar Wochen gekauft haben, verlangen wir einen 19 Euro Abschlag.
Die Kaution beträgt 900-100 Euro und geht direkt an die Vermieterin
Sonstige Kosten bei uns sind GEZ, Strom, und Internet. Jeder von uns hat einen Vertrag, an dem wir uns kümmern. Aysha hat den Internet-Vertrag, Robert, unser neuer Mitbewohner handelt Strom und ich hatte GEZ auf meinen namen. Das heißt, du würdest dich zukünftig um GEZ kümmern.
Insgesamt, die Miete plus die gesamten Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom und GEZ inklusive) würdest du 448 im Monat zahlen.

I am now moving out of my beautiful WG room on 01.04. My dear roommate Aysha and I are therefore looking for a successor for my room in our almost newly formed 4 WG, which is located in the 1st floor an apartment building near Offenbach Ostbahnhof.
The empty (partly furnished) room is about 16m², is equipped with wooden floors and has a nice corner window which floods the room with lots of light. The room is also equipped with outside shutters, in case you want to get a really good night's sleep sometime. You can fit a bed, wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers. The walls have been painted white a year ago and the gray wall that can be seen in the photos, I have taken over from the tenant before. I think it looks chic and would be very happy if you could take it over as is. Preferably I would leave you a large closet (see pictures) free of charge. After agreement I can also leave the shelves, lamp and curtain rods.
The room is included in a spacious apartment. We have a large kitchen with plenty of space for your personal belongings, but it is already fully equipped with the basics. We have 2 refrigerators, so you have to share space with only one other person. We have a large dining table with seating for 8, which is perfect for guests. The naturally lit bathroom is brightly tiled and has a nice large bathtub shower combo. Laundry room, basement storage and bike parking are also available in the house if you need a little more storage. Washing machine, stove, microwave, vacuum cleaner are also available and you are welcome to use them. Since Aysha and I just bought the vacuum cleaners a few weeks ago, we are asking for a 19 euro payment from whomever moves in.
The deposit is 900-100 Euro and goes directly to the landlady.
Other costs with us are GEZ, electricity, and internet. Each of us has a contract that we take care of. Aysha has the Internet contract, Robert, our new roommate trades electricity and I had the GEZ contract. That means you would take care of a new GEZ contract in the future.

Die Lage ist echt gut; die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines wunderschönen Familienhaus in der Spießstraße. In 5 min ist man am in Offenbach Ost, und von dort aus braucht man nur 2 Minuten bis zum Offenbacher Innenstadt oder 15 min bis zum Frankfurter HBF mit der S-bahn der jede 5-10 Minuten fährt. Penny, Lidl, Post und Packstation sind alle fußläufig und in 10 min erreichbar. 2 Tankstellen und Kioske sind auch in der Nähe, sodass man auch sonntags Kleinigkeiten kaufen kann.
Spazieren/Joggen etc. kann man im 10 min entfernten Leonhard-Eißnert-Park oder 15 Minuten entfernten Mainufer. Das Stadion lässt sich auch gut zu Fuß erreichen.

The location is really good; the apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful family house in the Spießstraße. Aysha ist 23, kommt aus Speyer und studiert Jura. Robert ist 27, kommt aus Berlin und arbeitet als Festangestellter Journalist. In unserer WG schätzen wir ein gutes, ruhiges Zusammenleben miteinander. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und haben kein Problem Sachen zu auszusprechen, wenn was passiert. Da wir alle normalerweise viel zu tun haben, sind wir eher zurückgezogene Menschen, aber wir haben schon mehrmals gesprochen vllt. Sachen zusammen zu unternehmen, da wir uns wirklich sehr gut verstehen, es hat aber soweit nicht geklappt. Uns ist Sauberkeit wichtig und dafür haben wir auch einen festen Putzplan, den wir wöchentlich durchführen. Wir sind nicht so streng, dass wir ein großes Problem haben, wenn ein Paar Sachen später gewaschen werden, aber freuen uns, wenn sie rechtzeitig gemacht werden können. Uni und Arbeit spielen bei unserer WG eine große Rolle und obwohl wir keine Probleme haben, wenn Freunde oder Besuch vorbeikommen, sind wir keine Party-WG.

Aysha and Robert would live in the shared apartment.
Aysha is 23, comes from Speyer and studies law. Robert is 27, comes from Berlin and works as a permanent journalist. In our WG we appreciate a good, quiet living together with each other. We all get along very well and have no problem talking things out when something happens. Since we all usually have a lot to do, we are rather withdrawn people, but we have already talked several times vllt. things to do together, because we really get along very well. Sadly it has not worked out so far. Cleanliness is important to us and for that we also have a fixed cleaning schedule that we do weekly. We are not so strict that we have a big problem if a couple of things are washed later, but are happy if they can be done in a timely manner. University and work play a big role in our WG and although we have no problems when friends or visitors come over, we are not a party WG.
Das vierte Zimmer in der WG ist auch frei und wir werden bald einen neuen Mitbewohner/in haben. Da die WG normalerweise 2 Mädels und 2 Jungs war, würden wir es so gerne halten. Wir werden bald ein Update machen, sobald wir wissen, wer genau in das Zimmer einziehen wird. Willst du die Anzeige für den anderen Zimmer angucken? Es wäre auch ganz gut, wenn du deine Kontaktdetails auch inkludieren könntest, damit entweder Aysha, Robert oder ich uns mit dir schnell in Kontakt setzen können.
Für persönliche Besichtigungstermine, da ich bei meinen Eltern in Kolumbien sein werde und Aysha bei ihren Eltern ist, falls Robert die Wohnung nicht zeigen kann, wird mein Freund dir die Wohnung zeigen. Das können wir aber später besprechen.
WICHTIG: Einzugsdatum können wir gerne anpassen. Ich bin erst ab der 02.04 wieder in Deutschland, und es kann ein Paar Tage dauern bis ich meine sachen in meine neue Wohnung gebracht habe aber wir können gerne sprechen und uns um ein Einzugsdatum für dich einigen

For personal viewing appointments, since I will be with my parents in Colombia and Aysha will be with her parents, if Robert can't show the apartment, my boyfriend will show you the apartment. But we can discuss that later.
IMPORTANT: We can adjust the move-in date. I am back in Germany starting the 02.04, and it may take a few days until I have moved my things into my new apartment but we can talk and agree on a move-in date for you depending on what works best.
