Hallo zusammen,
ab sofort werden in unserer 4er WG 2 Zimmer mit großen Südbalkon frei.
Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand, die Küche ist neu und verfügt über zwei große Kühlschränke und einen Geschirrspüler.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da die Zimmer in Richtung einer wenig befahrenen Wohnstraße liegen.
Mit dem Aufzug gelangt man zudem entspannt in den 3. Stock.
Es werden gleich zwei Zimmer frei, da Niklas und ich aufgrund unserer Selbständigkeit neben dem Studium eine andere Immobilie mit angrenzender Lagerhalle für unsere Maschinen angemietet haben, in die wir diese Woche noch einziehen werden.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, im Haus ist eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre.
