Für unsere 4,5- Zimmer- WG im Zentrum von Osnabrück suche ich ab 01.05.2015 oder früher eine/n Mieter/in.
Unter der Woche ist es bei uns partytechnisch, bis auf gelegentliche Ausnahmen eher ruhig, wir sind aber für gemeinsame Unternehmungen vorallem am Wochenende offen.
Was die Wohnung bzw. das Zimmer ausmacht:
- 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof/Busbahnhof am Neumarkt sowie in die Innenstadt
- 2 Bäcker direkt vor der Tür
- Supermarkt 500m entfernt
- 100m entfernt vom Alando, dennoch keine Lärmbelästigung
- Uni sowie FH ebenfalls in direkter Umgebung
- 2 Badezimmer, eins mit WC und Badewanne das andere mit WC und Dusche
- 2 großzügige Kellerräume sowie ein Dachboden
- eine große helle Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Herd/Backofen, Spülmaschine!!! und Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine etc.
- ein Wäschezimmer
- großer Flur
- Parkplatz im Innenhof für Auto und Fahrrad
In dem Haus sind ansonsten nur Geschäftsräume, sodass man nach 17.00 Uhr sowie an den Wochenenden ungestört ist.
Die Gesamtmiete inkl. ALLER Nebenkosten (z.B Telefon/Internet, Strom,Wasser, Gas etc.) beträgt 225 Euro. Die Kaution beträgt 225Euro.
