Das Zimmer ist das Größte von 2 anderen, die wir in unserer WG haben. Es ist auch das hellste, da es 2 große Fenster hat, die den Blick auf die Liebigstraße freigeben. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, sodass du dir keine Sorgen um den Lärm machen musst.
In diesem Raum stehen derzeit einige Möbelstücke - ein Sofa, ein Bücherregal, ein Tisch und zwei kleine Tische mit Fernseher. Bota gehört alles, sodass du immer mit ihr sprechen könntest, falls du etwas übernehmen möchtest. Natürlich ist es auch kein Problem, wenn du in ein leeres Zimmer einziehen möchtest.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette, aber da wir nur zu dritt sind, war das nie ein Problem.
Die Küche hat einen Gasherd, eine Mikrowelle und einen winzigen elektrischen Ofen, den wir beim Einzug gekauft haben.
In unserem Badezimmer befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler, die du benutzen kannst.
In unserem Hinterhof findest du auch eine Abstellzone für Fahrräder. Außerdem sind Stellplätze für Autos im Hinterhof verfügbar. Bezüglich der Stellplätze musst du dich an den Vermieter wenden.
The room is the biggest one among 2 others we have in our WG. It is also the brightest one since it has 2 big windows that provide the view on Liebigstrasse. It is a quiet neighbourhood so you do not have to worry about the noise.
There are quite a few pieces of furniture that are currently placed in that room - a sofa, a book shelf, a table and two tiny tables with TV. Bota owns all of it, so you can always talk to her whether there is something you might want to take. Of course, it will not be a problem if you want to move into an empty room as well.
The apartment has only one bathroom and a separate restroom, but since there are only 3 of us, it never been a problem.
The kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave and a tiny electrical oven that we bought when moved in.
There is a washing machine and a dishwasher placed in our bathroom that you can use.
One can also find a parking zone for bikes in our backyard where you can leave your bike if you have one.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, im Grunde 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Die nächsten Bushaltestellen sind Nonnenpfad (3 Minuten entfernt) und Luisenstraße (8 Minuten entfernt).
Es gibt ein paar Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe (REWE, Aldi, Netto), wir haben auch einen kleinen Kiosk direkt nebenan, so dass es sehr praktisch ist, dort kleine Dinge zu kaufen.
The location of the apartment is very central, basically 10 minutes away from Altstadt by walking. The nearest bus stops are Nonnenpfad (3 minutes away) and Luisenstrasse (8 minutes away).
There are a few grocery stores located nearby (REWE, Aldi, Netto), we also have a little kiosk in the very next building, so it is very convenient for buying small things there.

Aktuell leben wir zu zweit in der WG: Ana (24) und Bota (25). Ana ist Masterstudentin im 4. Semester an der Universität Osnabrück. Bota hat letztes Jahr ihren Abschluss gemacht und hat jetzt einen Job. Die meiste Zeit sind wir mit unseren eigenen Geschäften beschäftigt, daher ist es ziemlich ruhig in der Wohnung. Es ist aber schön, ab und zu gemeinsam zu Mittag zu essen. Wir sind freundlich, schätzen aber auch den persönlichen Freiraum des anderen.
Currently there are two of us living in the WG: Ana (24) and Bota (25). Ana is a 4th semester Master student at University of Osnabrueck. Bota graduated last year and has a job now. Most of the times we are busy with our own business, so it is pretty quiet in the appartment. It is nice to have a lunch together from time to time, though. We are friendly but also appreciate each other's personal space.
