Das Zimmer ist schön hell und bietet genügend Platz für alle Möbel. Es ist nicht zur Straße gerichtet.
Auch die Küche und das Badezimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.
Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort frei, kann aber auch erst später bezogen werden.
Die Lage ist super!
Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Schützenstraße) sind es gerade einmal 50 m. Von dort aus fährt die M4 alle 10 min Richtung Neumarkt. Man ist innerhalb von 8-10 min mit dem Bus dort und erreicht somit auch schnell die Uni und die Innenstadt.
Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein Penny und ein Bäcker, was optimal ist, wenn man mal schnell einkaufen gehen will.
Das WG- Leben ist sehr unkompliziert. Man kann sich in der Küche treffen und quatschten und wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht oder lernen will, kann man sich bequem in sein Zimmer zurückziehen.
Es wird noch ein weiteres Zimmer frei, sodass ihr das WG- Leben fast neu gestalten könnt.
Zu der Miete in Höhe von 280€ kommt nur noch ein kleiner Betrag in Höhe von knapp 20€ für Strom und Internet, sowie eine Kaution in Höhe von 600 Euro.
