Da ich im nächsten Semester ins Ausland gehe, würde ich gerne jemanden finden, der hier bis zum Sommersemester wohnen möchte. :)
Das Zimmer selbst ist ein Dachzimmer mit angenehmer Größe und guter Ausstattung: Ein Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch inklusive Bürostuhl, Spiegel, sowie einige Regale für Bücher und ähnliches. Der Teppichboden verleiht dem Ganzen einen sehr gemütlichen Flair. Momentan stehen hier noch einige Dinge von mir herum, die nach Absprache gerne verwendet oder weggeräumt werden können.
Die Wohnung hat sonst noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, ein etwas enges Badezimmer (wo aber alles Nötige reinpasst, außer eine Badewanne), eine gut ausgestattete Küche (sogar mit Nudelmaschine und Reiskocher!) (trotzdem gibt es keine Spülmaschine), und sogar Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Klavier. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die mit der Vermieterin geteilt wird und genug Platz, um alles aufzuhängen.
Der Garten, der gerne mitbenutzt werden kann, hat einen Teich, Terrasse und Möglichkeit, eine Wäschespinne aufzustellen.

Since I'm going abroad next semester, I would love to find someone willing to live here until the next summer semester. :)
The room itself is situated right below the roof, has a comfortable size and a complete furnishing: Wardrobe, bed, desk including office chair, mirror, as well as several shelves for books and the sort. The carpet flooring grants the whole thing a very cozy flair. At the moment, there are still a bunch of my things standing around here, which can be used or stored somewhere else, depending on arrangement.
The apartment itself contains another bedroom, a somewhat small bathroom (which still has everything necessary except for a bathtub), a well equipped kitchen (we even have a pasta machine and rice cooker!) (still, there is no dishwasher) and even a living room with sofa bed and piano. There is a washing machine in the basement, that is shared with the landlady, and plenty of space to hang up everything to dry.
The garden, which is also shared, has a small pond, terrace and more opportunity for putting up clotheslines.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und bietet die perfekte Position zwischen den verschiedensten Supermärkten: Zwei Größen Edeka, ein Penny, Rossmann und sogar zwei Läden für arabische Lebensmittel. Ein bisschen weiter weg findet man einen Netto und Aldi, sowie einen Fliesenmarkt (wow!).
Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Park und eine Schrebergartenkolonie, die sich sehr gut für ruhige Spaziergänge oder Jogging eignen, die einen oft an die etwas rustikale Kombination von dem lokalen Fluss und dem Güterbahnhof verschlagen.
Einige Bushaltestellen gibt es in der Nähe auch, die ca. alle 5-10 Minuten in die Innenstadt fahren. Trotzdem braucht man etwas Zeit, um das Universitätsschloss oder den Westerberg Campus zu erreichen.

The house is located on a quiet side road, which is perfectly situated between all the different stores: Two "Edeka" supermarkets, a "Penny" discounter and a "Rossmann" drugstore, as well as supermarkets selling middle eastern groceries are close-by. A bit further away there are a Netto and Aldi discounter and even a store for floor tiles (wow!).
Otherwise, there is a small public park and a bunch of garden plots, which are great for calm walks or not so calm jogging, which often lead you to a bit of an industrial mix of the local river and the freight depot.
A few bus stops are close-by as well. You can usually ride one to the city center every 5-10 minutes. Still, you will need a bit of time to reach the Schloss or Westerberg Campus of the University.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Meistens macht jeder sein eigenes Ding, aber ein Kinobesuch oder so schlage ich nicht aus. Bisher wurde jeden Abend gemeinsam gekocht, und ich würde mich freuen wenn man diese "Tradition" weiterführen könnte, aber kein Zwang :p

Hello, my name is Emma and I'm going to be your flatmate. Soon I will start my 5th semester in bio/chemistry studies.
Until now, the shared apartment life was very quiet and relaxed. Most of the time, everyone does their own thing, but I don't turn down a visit to the cinema or something. So far, we have cooked together every evening, and I would be happy if this "tradition" could be continued, but no pressure :p

Es ist wichtig, dass du und eventueller Besuch Nichtraucher seid. Das Treppenhaus zur Vermieterin ist relativ offen gestaltet, wodurch der Geruch sich leicht ausbreitet.

It is important that you and any visit are non-smokers. The staircase to the landlady is relatively open, which makes the smell spread easily.
