Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrparteienhaus. Sie liegt im 2 OG.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, eine große Wohnküche und ein Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann.
Das Zimmer hat große Fenster und lässt sich auch im Sommer super durchlüften.
Das Zimmer ist ca 15 qm groß.
Die Lage ist perfekt - Zentral und dennoch schön ruhig.
Die Haltestelle Campus Westerberg ist 1 min Fußweg entfernt.
Außerdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle zu Fuß innerhalb 3-5 min zu erreichen.
Felix, der Mitbewohner, ist 25 und studiert Maschinenbau.
Es ist zwanglos und sehr entspannt mit ihm zu wohnen.
Jeder hat seine Ruhe, aber gegen laute Musik wird nie was gesagt.
Er selbst ist eher nicht so präsent, also man kriegt nicht wirklich viel von ihm mit.
Ich habe, da ich selbst mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, einige Möbel mit abzugeben, wenn gewünscht.
