Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses und verfügt über 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad.
Die Zimmer haben alle hohe Decken, typisch für einen Altbau. Im Keller befindet sich pro Wohnung ein eigener Kellerraum sowie ein Waschkeller, der anteilig genutzt wird.
Das freie Zimmer ist 18 m2 groß und ist zu Straße gelegen, die allerdings echt ruhig ist. Über den Tag scheint schön die Sonne rein, im Sommer ist es aber trotzdem noch gut auszuhalten, wenn man die Vorhänge zu macht. In den beiden Zimmern und im Eingangsbereich ist jeweils Dielenboden verlegt.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom.
The rooms all have high ceilings, typical for an old building. In the basement there is a separate cellar room per apartment and a laundry cellar, which is used proportionally.
The free room is 18 m2 and is located to the street, which is really quiet. During the day the sun shines in nicely, but in the summer it is still quite bearable if you close the curtains. In both rooms and in the entrance area is laid plank flooring.

Die Wohnung befindet sich hinter der Agentur für Arbeit, ist also in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schlossgarten/ Uni und Innenstadt (10 Minuten Fußweg).
Zur Hochschule ist es auch nicht sehr weit, entweder mit dem Fahrrad oder von der Haltestelle Arndtplatz ist diese auch in unter 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka) sind auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Fitnessstudios und auch das Moskaubad sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Solltest du ein Auto haben, gibt es im Hinterhof Garagen, die man mieten kann. Ansonsten findet sich an der Straßen aber eigentlich immer ein Parkplatz.

The apartment is located behind the Employment Agency, so it is very close to the Schlossgarten/University and the city center (10 minutes walk).
It is also not very far to the university, either by bike or from the Arndtplatz stop, which can also be reached in under 20 minutes. A bakery is right next door. Shopping facilities (Rewe, Edeka) are also only 10 minutes away. Fitness studios and also the Moskaubad are also quickly accessible. If you have a car, there are garages in the backyard that can be rented. Otherwise, you can always find a parking space on the streets.

Du wirst mit mir (Nathaly) zusammenwohnen. Ich bin im März wegen Arbeit nach Osnabrück umgezogen.
Für einen gemeinsamen Koch-Abend oder einen Spaziergang (sowie andere Aktivitäten irgendwann) würde ich mich freuen, aber es ist kein Muss. Mit mir kannst du dich auf Deutsch, Spanisch oder Englisch unterhalten.
Ich schließe mich als ordentlicher Mensch und für die gemeinsam genutzten Räume lege ich Wert darauf, dass wir uns beide wohlfühlt. Mit meinem frühen Mitbewohner haben wir kein angestrengt Putzplan gehabt, trotzdem hat es alles gut geklappt und ich würde mich freuen, wenn dies auch weiter so entspannt klappen würde.

You will live with me (Nathaly). I moved to Osnabrück in March because of work.
For a common cooking evening or a walk (as well as other activities sometime) I would be happy, but it is not a must. You can talk to me in German, Spanish or English.
I close myself as a neat person and for the shared spaces I value that we both feel comfortable. With my early roommate we have not had a strained cleaning schedule, yet it all worked out well and I would be happy if this would continue to work out so relaxed.

Besichtigungen sind ab jetzt möglich, schreib mich einfach eine Nachricht und ich mache einen Termin (auch Online) aus.
Ich verlange von jedem Bewerber entsprechende Nachweise wie Verdienst, und eine kurze Beschreibung, wer du bist und was du beruflich machst. Ich möchte das Ganze so unkompliziert und einfach wie nur möglich halten.
