Hello, my name is Gabriela and in May I’m moving out of my cozy room since my new job is a bit far away now. So the 10 square meters room is available starting on the 1st of may. There’s plenty of storage in the room and you will have a window that faces the street and lets the sun come in very nicely on the sunny days.
The flatshare is very nice located, you are two minutes by foot to the bus station that can take you directly to neuperlach sud U-bahn station where you can take the U5. You can also reach the Ottobrunn S-bahn station by 10 min walking, by bike is even less. For grocery shopping you have an Edeka, Penny and also a Müller close by. There are some nice coffee places to go and have some nice pastries as well. Is a very calm and quite neighborhood, but also not too far from the city center.
You will share the apartment with two girls, that means you will share the bathroom and the kitchen. We usually have a cleaning schedule that helps us to maintain the place tidy and clean. Not smoking is allowed, neither pets. There is a washing machine downstairs that you can use as well.
