Das Zimmer liegt innerhalb der sehr geräumigen Wohnung und ist mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, sowie mit einem Schrank und Regal voll ausgestattet. Es besitzt ein Fenster nach draußen.
Das Wohnzimmer bietet viel Platz und in der vorhandenen Sofaecke kann man entspannt fernsehen.
In der Küche ist ein großer Kühlschrank den wir uns zu dritt teilen. Gekocht wird mit Gas, was generell in Palma üblich ist.
In der Diele befindet sich eine funktionierende Waschmaschine und es ist möglich seine Wäsche außerhalb aufzuhängen.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Palma de Mallorca. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15 Minuten zum Plaza de España, von wo man sehr gut alle Orte in Mallorca erreichen kann. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt keine fünf Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Unsere Straße liegt nahe an der Calle Blanquerna in der es viele schöne Geschäfte und Bars gibt. Die Bushaltestelle zur Universität ist ebenfalls nur fünf Minuten entfernt
Da ich ich im August mein Auslandsjahr abschließe, suche ich für meine spanische Mitbewohnerin zwei neue gesellige und ordentliche Mitbewohner/innen.
