Ich möchte mein Zimmer unter/weitervermieten, da ich ab Oktober zu einer Freundin ziehe.
Eigentlich suche ich jemanden für Oktober- ca. April
aber darüber kann man nochmal sprechen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nett und liegt direkt am Strand mit ganz tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht.
Busverbindungen nach Palma und an den Ballerman sind vorhanden und Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind direkt nebenan.
Das Zimmer ist das Größte und Schönste, mit großem Doppelbett, Schrank und Kommoden und Meerblick.
Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr nett und entspannt, er kocht gerne und ist sehr umgaenglich, au-erdem ist er sehr ordentlich.

Is a verynice room, with a doublebed, wardrobe and a lot of space to store your things, futhermore it is light and got a seeview.
The appartment is right next to the beach, with a faboulus view of the ocean an the bay.
Restaurants, Bars and shopping is nextdoor and the area is full of nice people.
My flatmate is a very nice guz who is easygoing and relaxed, he likes to cook and is very clean.
