Das Zimmer ist gross und sehr hell und hat Badezimmer zum Teilen mit mir. Die Wohnung ist 120m2 gross und liegt im 9. Stock und im Gebäude gibt es 2 Aufzüge. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich,gross und hell und alle Haushaltsgeräte,Internet sind vorhanden, Es gibt gemütliche Ecken im Wohnzimmer und verfügt über eine grösse Terrasse mit BBQ und Chill-out. Das Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett (1,50 x 1,90m) und einen grossen Schrank.
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig, da im 9. Stock. Die Plaza España mit Bus-, Bahn- und Metroanschluss liegt etwa 5min Gehstrecke entfernt. In ca. 25min. ist man am Paseo Maritimo und am Meer.Supermärkte und Markthallen sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Sämtliche Geschäfte der Altstadt liegen in greifbarer Nähe und natürlich gibt es Tapabars und Ausgehlokale um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und deshalb hat man trotz 3er WG nicht das Gefühl der Enge.Wir sind alle berufstätig und zwischen 30 und 40 Jahre alt und Deutsch-, Englisch- und Spanischsprachig.Wir wohnen schon eine Weile zusammen. Insgesamt wohnen wir entspannt und und unterhalten nach Lust und Laune.
