Die Wohnung ist am Plaza Gomila. 2 Min zu Fuß zum Hafen und Paseo. Der Paseo ist die spanische Meile mit Bars und Discotheken.
Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt fahren von dort aus 3 Busse direkt ins Zentrum innerhalb von 15 min. Oder man läuft am Hafen ca. 25 Min.
Einkaufsläden, Bars, Apotheken, gr. Einkaufscenter befinden sich in direkter Nähe.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gemuetlich und kostet inkl. Internet und Nebenkosten 300 Euro. In jedem Zimmer befinden sich ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Kleiderschrank, komplettes Badezimmer und eine Kommode oder Regal.
Mit in der Wohnung leben eine sehr nette offene Spanierin, die vollstes Verständnis für Sprachanfänger hat und mit Händen und Füßen erklärt und ein deutscher Student.
Insgesamt wohnt man dort zu dritt.
