Das Haus ist Teil eines Bauernhofes in Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm und wird nicht anderweitig bewohnt, der Bauernhof wird allerdings noch aktiv bewirtschaftet. Ein zum Haus gehörender Garten kann ggf. auch mitbenutzt werden z.B. um Gemüse anzubauen.
Das Haus wird vor allem deshalb vermietet, dass dort nach etwas Leerstand wieder etwas Leben einkehrt. Wenn euch also das etwas rustikale Flair nicht stört könnt ihr hier eine günstige Wohnmöglichkeit finden!

Derzeit wird das Haus nicht bewohnt. Zu vermieten sind bis zu 4 Zimmer im 1. OG, im EG sind eine Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer für die gemeinsame Nutzung vorhanden. Da das Haus zu einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb gehört werden im EG zwei weitere Räume von mir als Lager und Büro genutzt.
