Hallo, bis zum 11.1. werde ich nicht erreichbar sein - danach beantworte ich alle Post.
Das Zimmer liegt ebenerdig mit Blick ins Grüne. Es ist ausgestattet mit Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank. Auf Wunsch kann ich auch Möbel herausnehmen. Auch in das gegenüberliegende Zimmer soll demnächst noch jemand einziehen, zur Zeit wird dieses andere Zimmer aber noch von mir (dem Vermieter) zum Abstellen von Möbeln gebraucht. Bad und Küche werden geteilt mit dem anderen Mieter und mir, ich bin aber nur 3 Tage pro Woche dort. Die Miete beträgt pauschal 200 Euro inclusive aller Nebenkosten. Rauchen im Haus geht überhaupt nicht, der Garten ist dafür groß genug :) Und im Haus und ums Haus herum ist es ruhig, das sollte auch künftig so bleiben...
