Ich suche einen nette/n Mitbewohner/in im Alter von 18 - 35 Jahren für schöne 12m² oder 9m² großes, helle Zimmern mit Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof.(in Hückeswagen 42499)
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 57 m² groß inkl. Balkon und mit Garten ;)) Die Wohnung selbst teilt sich wie folgt auf: 3 Zimmer, großer Flur mit Schuhschränke, Küche mit Spülmaschine +esstisch(voll ausgestattet: Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, etc.), Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es noch ein großes Kellerabteil. Mein Zimmer(16m²) ist das Zimmer mit dem Balkon. Ich suche einen nette-n Mitbewohner-in, die-der in einem ähnlichen Alter ist und ähnliche Interessen hat, bin also nicht auf der Suche nach einer Zweck-WG. Ich bin kein Raucher, suche auch eine/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der nicht in ihrem/seinem Zimmer raucht. Ich lege Wert auf eine saubere Wohnung, die aber nicht zwingend immer ordentlich sein muss.
Am Wochenende fahre ich gerne nach Ausland, bin also eigentlich viel unterwegs.
