das Zimmer ist ab August verfügbar.
Das Zimmer ist hell, mit einer großen Fensterfront und ist zentral in Rheinbach gelegen. Es hat einen hellen Boden und ist möbliert. Es gibt eine 140x200 cm Matraze, einen größen Spiegel und Kaffeetiesch, einen größen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl zur verfügung. Außerdem gehört zum Zimmer ein Balkon, der mit der Mitbewohnerin geteilt wird.
Die Wohnung hat drei Hauptzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche und einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Im Keller des Hauses befinden sich Waschmaschinen und ein Trockenraum. Ebenfalls ist ein Fahrradkeller vorhanden.
Bei Bedarf kann auch ein Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus gemietetwerden.

It is bright, with a large window, and is located in the Rheinbach Center. It has a light floor and is furnished. A 140x200 cm mattress, a large mirror and coffee table, a large closet, a desk, and a desk chair are available. The room also has a balcony, which is shared with one flatmate.
The apartment has three main rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a common room with a table. In the basement, there are washing machines and a drying room. There is also a bicycle storage room.
If necessary, a parking place can be rented directly in front of the house.
Die Wohnung ist ungefähr 10 min vom Bahnhof und der Hochschule (HBRS) entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt (Aldi, Hit und Netto) ist auch in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke.
The apartment is about 10 minutes from the train station and the university (HBRS). The nearest supermarket (Aldi, Hit, and Netto) is also about 5 minutes away, and a bus stop is just around the corner.
Es handelt sich um eine dreier WG (Mira und Tobias) und sie sind ein Student an der HBRS und eine Auszubildene an der Glasfachhochschule in Rheinbach.

Die Nebenkosten entstehen durch den Rundfunkbeitrag, Internet und Strom.
