We are three german students studying medicine and dentistry and are looking for a new flatmate since our beloved flat mate is moving out.
You will be moving into a beautiful, spacious, bright aptm, with 4 bedrooms, one living room, a big kitchen and two bathrooms. The bright and cozy room you will be moving has 17,6 square meters and is facing the backyard and is therefore very quiet. Our room mate will take the furniture that she owns with her.
The flat is located on Krisjana Barona Iela 14, on the 2nd floor. It’s located very centrally, close to the park. Old town, as well as Origo is easily arrived by foot in about 5 minutes. Several Cafés, Bars, shops and gyms are also near by.
Additionally, train and bus are close and get you easily to RSU/LU.
The rent would be 240€ per month. The utilities for you would be +/- 60€ in summer and +/- 110€ in winter.
You would be able to move in on the first of September, but we are open to talk about other dates.
