Mein WG Zimmer ist im August zur Zwischenmiete frei. Das Zimmer an sich hat 11qm und liegt ruhig zum Hinterhof raus. Im Zimmer bleiben im August ein Gästebett, eine Kommode und ein Wandschrank. In der Wohnung wohnen im August noch zwei weitere Mädchen, Lisa und Michelle, die beide studieren. Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Radkeller etc. In der Nähe ( weniger als 5 min. zu Fuß), befinden sich die S-Bahn-Station Gnigl, Bushaltestellen mit den Linien 23,4,10,140,130,150 und einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Spar, Apotheke, ZIB).
Über die Dauer der Vermietung und den Preis kann noch verhandelt werden. Ich vermiete gerne auch nur für eine oder zwei Wochen. Bin im August daheim für einen Ferialjob.

The room is available im August for 1,2,3 or 4 weeks, we can talk about the length of the stay and also of the price. In the room will just be a bed and a dresser nur the appartment is very welk equipped with dish washer, oven, washing machine etc.
Near the appartment within 5 minutes walking distance or less you can find public transportation and supermarkets.
